Of course, this item is just a toy, but the sort of toy you only find in certain shops with an 18 or older clientele. The whip isn't great quality, but it is worth what you pay for it (which is less than I've seen similar items going for). Despite being cheap, the whip still looks good, holds together well and seems incapable of doing any real damage.
